One of the highlights of working with Stuart was his accessibility. I was always able to reach him within a short time frame so I could jump fast to view a place as soon as it came onto the market. Over a year-long search, he guided me to appropriate houses and was never overbearing. He was very knowledgeable and always available for questions. When the time came to make an offer, Stuart was exceptional. He was an astute negotiator and got me a significant price reduction. He was also heavily involved and paid close attention to detail in overseeing inspections and obtaining cost estimates for work that needed to be on the house.
